How to get into the virtual space of PKO BP?
Logging in as guest using a browser
Open any browser on your desktop computer
Open https://decentraland.org
Click the Open button in browser.
By logging in as a guest or with the help of a wallet, you will start creating a new avatar.
Choose the Continue as guest or Continue with wallet option.
After creating your avatar, you will begin exploring the world from your default Decentraland Genesis Plaza location. From there you can transport yourself to any location on the map.
Logging in on the Decentraland application
Open any browser on your desktop computer.
Open the Dencentraland website.
Click the Start exploring button.
Click Download for Windows.
Start the Decentraland application on log in the same way as in the browser.
*Logging in requires the use of one of the application supported by the Decentraland platform. Each application has its own instruction that will guide you through the installation and configuration proces for use in Decentraland.

What is Metaverse?
Metaverse can become a reflection of ur physical life and reality, creating a complete, virtual community in which we can work, play, conduct transactions and perform activities there, so far reserved only for the real world. This applies to both the way of communication and interaction between users, as well as the possibility of creating and using virtual spaces and their content (digital ammenities).
The metaverse is still in the early stages of its evolution and there is no single definition that fits the description of this space. The key point is that there is no one virtual world called the Metaverse. In Metaverse, we find many digital worlds of virtual reality that take shape to create new opportunities for social interactions.
What is Decentraland?
One of the platforms that allows you to build a virtual space in Metaverse is Decentraland. In Decentraland, users can have their own virtual plots (so-called LANDs) and create a three-dimensional infrastructure. In addition, on the decentralized platform, you can also interact with other participants, play and discover different environments.
What is the virtual wallet for?
The possibility to log into applications using blockchain technology, such as Decentraland, is possible thanks to software used to interact with the blockchain - also known as cryptocurrency wallets. They allow you to connect (log in) with applications-wallets(eg MetaMask) allow you to create a virtual avatar and remember the changes made by users in the application. Each waller has its own instructions for installation proces.
Does this mean that PKO BP is closing its branches?
No! Metaverse for PKO Bank Polski is a new space that will enable a different approach to using technology in digital communication with clients in an easy and pleasant way. Metaverse, just like the Internet today, will become a new way of using banking services.
